Hark at the ark
Green Ark Children's Centre in Plymouth, Devon, celebrated its firstanniversary and launch of its new website with a fun-packed party eventfor families and carers living in Devonport and Stoke. More than 100people came to the party and enjoyed tea and saucer rides, a music zone,balloon modelling, eating fruity kebabs and creating a giant Ark out ofscrap material.

Children from Sunnymede School in Southport posted a letter to the Queenas they were making a visit to a local cafe and were delighted toreceive a reply a few weeks later.
Opening doors
Staff at the Blue Door Nursery in Seaford, East Sussex, are thrilledthat the setting is rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted. The inspectorspraised the nursery for its dedicated and well-qualified team and theexcellent range of physical activities and challenging experiences forchildren.
