Nurseries are being encouraged to get heart-healthy this summer with the British Heart Foundation's Artie's Olympics initiative. The scheme promotes regular exercise while raising funds for the BHF, and settings who take part can keep 20 per cent of the total money raised and receive a pack containing activity ideas, gold medal stickers, balloons, sponsorship forms and posters.
