I once lamented to a colleague that I was the worst artist in the school. He promptly disagreed - he was! In typical male spirit, we decided to hold a competition to see which one of us would hold the accolade of worse artist. I won - or lost, depending on which way you look at it: mine was the worst!

He promptly disagreed - he was! In typical male spirit, we decided to hold a competition to see which one of us would hold the accolade of worse artist. I won - or lost, depending on which way you look at it: mine was the worst!

However, when it comes to using ICT to express my artistic ideas, it's a different matter. What my hand refuses to do when I draw or paint, my brain and mouse can do on the computer.

All this goes to prove that although you might have some children who have good fine motor skills and manipulate a pencil or brush well, there may well be other children who can express themselves better artistically using ICT.
