Positive images of good practice are vital

I loved the cover photo on the 22 June issue of Nursery World, which showed librarian Chris Barber reading a book to children at Sunshine Library in Wakefield. It has been a real inspiration to me. I have an ideas book for my setting and use photos in it and get the children to do the same. We really liked how the adult sat with the children and was obviously enjoying the story with them.

Please continue using pictures in Nursery World that show practitioners working with children in such a positive way, because this interaction is key to quality provision and I believe it is not highlighted enough.
