Sisters Freya Butler, aged two, and Zoe Butler, six

(Photograph) - Sisters Freya Butler, aged two, and Zoe Butler, six, learn how to master a hand quern to grind flour manually at the Skidby Windmill in East Yorkshire. The four-sailed mill dates back to the early 19th century and is Yorkshire's last working windmill. It grinds wheat with three sets of massive grinding stones powered by the 11-metre sails to produce wholemeal flour. Photo James Glossop/Guzelian
