- Why is the nursery raising money at the moment?

I saw a story in the Edinburgh Evening News about a local social clubfor older people that couldn't afford the rent in the community centre.I thought it was such a shame, because they only meet every Tuesdayevening and yet Stockbridge House had put the rent up so much theycouldn't afford it. They weren't able to pay 1.50 each - and Iwas sure we could do something.

- What did you do next?

The night it appeared in the newspaper was actually the last night ofthe club, so I called the organiser Marie Lees. She has been starting tocontact the members and resurrect it.
