These two picture books, first published more than 20 years ago, have been reissued by a different publisher.

There are no words in either book, so your enjoyment depends on whether you find wordless books intimidating, or you see this as the perfect opportunity to weave in your own and the children's storytelling ideas, which will always come out slightly differently each time. You do certainly have to try harder, but the illustrations, split into several vignettes for every spread, offer a rich repository of ideas from which to draw your own interpretations.
