The Department for Education and Skills is reviewing the way it communicates with local authorities and considering a local authority-dedicated website. The project will initially focus on children's services, and the DfES is looking for volunteers who work in a local authority in children's services to carry out a 15-minute telephone interview. Anyone interested can e-mail martijn.hoogaaken@dfes.gsi.gov.uk, giving contact details and their role within their local authority.
