* The Home Office has set up a new agency to target paedophile activity and child pornography on the internet. The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre is staffed by police working with computer experts and child welfare specialists, including the NSPCC. It has a 24-hour helpline for the public to report suspicious activity, and a website at www.ceop.gov.uk.
