'Little Women - A Day in the Life of a Tweenager'

(BBC 2, 9 to 9.50pm)

Girls aged seven to 11 are now being called 'tweenagers' - they like pop music, buy make-up marketed for their age range and wear clothes from shops frequented by girls twice their age. This programme follows a day in the life of three sets of best friends, including two seven-and eight-year-old Londoners as they are taken shopping for designer clothes in Harrods.
