We have spent a small fortune on the court fees and not had enough backto cover a fraction of the court fees, let alone the original debt. Oursolicitor said they also had outstanding fees owed to them and have beenunable to collect them. What hope for me? Finally we approached a localdebt collecting agency. They have a no-win no-fee policy and have been alot more successful than anyone else. They charge more but these debtswould have been written off, so anything is better than nothing.
