The Childcare Student of the Year award, given jointly by Nursery World and Heinemann, has named the shortlist as: Jamie-Lee Coldham from Blackpool and Flyde College, Sarah Crane from Stephenson College in Leicestershire, and James Kewley from Isle of Man College, who are all studying for a CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education, and Matthew Campbell from Parliament Hill School in London, who is taking a CACHE Certificate in Childcare and Education. The award will be made at the Early Years and Primary Teaching Exhibition in September.
