Ingredients

For 10-15 servings:

3 ripe bananas; 4 ripe pears; 4-5 large oranges OR half-litre fresh tangerine or orange juice; half-litre smatana (or creamy yoghurt); grating of nutmeg; chopping boards, blunt knives, hand whisks, mixing bowl; optional lemon squeezers
