These three pictures were the winners in the 'Design a Germ' competition, run by Toyguard in association in Morton Michel.
The overall winner (far left), originally entered in age group five toseven years, was by James Roberts, six, from Walsall and entered byColleen Garrat. The carer responsible for entering the winning picturereceived prizes from Toyguard worth 250. The under-fives groupwas won by Isobel, aged four, from Martyr's Green Montessori Day Nurseryin Surrey (bottom left) and the eight-to-tens by eight-year-old TimmyBoomer from Belfast (top). The competition was intended to help childrenthink about keeping clean.
