It is aimed at Qualified Teacher Status students and may be helpful for essay writing, as the book quotes work supported by several educational psychologists.

The development terms are carefully explained, which I found particularly helpful, as some of the Foundation Stage Profile points are quite vague about how to plan for these areas. This book highlights what these sorts of behaviour look like and gives case study examples.
