1 large cucumber, 300g natural yoghurt, 2tblsp white wine vinegar, 300ml milk, 1 small bunch fresh chives and mint, pinch of salt and pepper. For croutons: 4 large slices fresh crusty bread, 2 cloves of garlic. To serve: 1 small bunch of parsley

Preparation time 50 minutes
Cooking time 5 minutes for frying the croutons

T Wash the cucumber in cold water.
A Grate it over a mixing bowl.
T Stir the yoghurt into the grated cucumber. Wash the chives and mint.
Carefully chop the herbs and add them to the rest of the mixture.
