In brief...A schools and counselling

A schools and counselling service for Northern Ireland schoolchildren was launched last week by the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) as part of its Full Stop campaign educational programme. Its counsellors are operating in 14 schools in the North Down, Omagh and Enniskillen areas, including five primary schools and two special schools. Cathy Bell, NSPCC school teams manager, said problems faced included bullying, health problems and bereavement.
