* The British Nutrition Foundation has added a series of resources to its website to support children with special educational needs. * A series of video-based training tools aimed at helping staff in childcare settings meet legislative standards in health, safety and hygiene have been launched by BSV Training. Available from 26 January on DVD and VHS, each release contains accompanying lesson plans and supporting materials written by industry experts.
