Snails Need a Home

Cotton Tails Too Nursery in Rubery, Birmingham, is asking early yearssettings if they can give a giant African land snail or two a home. Thenursery reports that it has become overrun with 75 of the creaturesafter both sets of its snails had babies. Nursery manager Lisa Monahamsaid, 'Our children love looking after the snails and holding them, butwe just don't have the room to care for all of these snails.'
