An online course to help practitioners develop strong partnerships with parents during difficult times is being offered by the National Day Nurseries Association.
The Working in Partnership with Parents course is designed to help nursery staff support parents at times of financial difficulty, separation or bereavement, and considers communication styles and extending learning into the home.
