- Why do you decide on such a big career change?
I have worked as a bus driver for ten years but there is no jobsatisfaction and because I work shifts I don't get to see much of myfamily. My wife is a childminder and I have been helping her for thelast four years, which I really find rewarding.
- What training have you done?
I started my NVQ Level 2 in Children's Care, Learning and Developmentwith Smart Training in November, which I will finish this month. Ithasn't been easy, but now that I am coming up to 40 I want to do thingsthat make me happy. I have been really lucky as everyone has been sosupportive and told me to go for it.
