Voucher nightmares

This is a heartfelt plea to all nursery voucher providers. Please make your systems more 'user friendly'! I own five children's day nurseries and accept vouchers from 14 different companies. I have been pleased to do so for the sake of the parents who can save money on their fees if we participate in the scheme.

I own five children's day nurseries and accept vouchers from 14 different companies. I have been pleased to do so for the sake of the parents who can save money on their fees if we participate in the scheme.

However, I am reaching the limit of my tolerance. In future I will have to consider not accepting vouchers from companies who appear to have total disregard for the end user. This week there was an audible groan from my office when I received vouchers from another two companies.

Voucher companies receive money to administer the scheme, but the nursery providers do not. I have calculated that I have a person working several days each month simply sorting out the vouchers.
