Phase 2 Finished
A new children's centre in Seaside, Eastbourne, marks the successfulcompletion of Phase 2 of the children's centre programme in East Sussex.At the opening ceremony, parents, carers and children watched leadcouncillor Rupert Simmons cut the ribbon at Devonshire Children's Centreand were entertained by television character Peppa Pig.
Nursery Number 3
Nursery owner Jeanette Burke has opened her third Little People's DayNursery in Flintshire, North Wales. Ms Burke set up her first nursery inNorthop more than ten years ago and opened the second in Flint lastyear. Delyn MP David Hanson helped cut the ribbon at the new nursery,situated in Mynydd Isa.
