- Toddle together
Rockbourne, Woolton and Childwall Valley Day Nurseries in Liverpool raised over £200 for Barnardo's by taking part in the charity's Big Toddle. Children from the nurseries and a nearby children's centre, their parents, family members and the local fire service all walked around nearby Calderstones Park.
- Touchy feely visitors
Children at Early Years Childcare in Horsham, West Sussex, were brave enough to handle exotic animals and creepy crawlies when the Zoo Lab came to visit. Zoo Lab Ranger Chris was accompanied by creatures including a rat, a corn snake and a tarantula.
- Swords and shields
St George sallied forth to battle the dragon once again at Grayswood Nursery School in Haslemere, Surrey, on last month's St George's Day
