- Why did you set up the Trillium Project?
Last year I spoke at a childminders' conference and heard that many ofthem had concerns about the new inspection process under the EYFS.Childminders provide a fantastic service and we don't want to lose them.I used to be a childminder, ran my own nursery and was a primary teacherfor over 30 years.
- What do you do?
I work with groups of childminders through local authorities or networksto give them confidence in their practice. I want to show them workingwith the EYFS need not be arduous or daunting. Collecting evidence canbe keeping a scrapbook, a diary or photos.
