Kedgeree. Ingredients: 175g smoked haddock, 40g butter, 80g long grain rice, 2 eggs, 20g peas (optional), 75ml milk, 1 onion, salt and pepper to season Children's age: All ages

A Place two eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Boil for 12 minutes.

T Place the haddock into a small saucepan with the milk, and poach until the fish is cooked (about five minutes). Take off the heat and set aside.

A Once the eggs are boiled, set aside and allow to cool.

T Fill a saucepan with water, add a pinch of salt and add 80g long grain rice. Cook for ten to 15 minutes. Drain the rice and place in a large mixing bowl.
