Pasta and vegetable cream

Ingredients 225g mixed pasta shells 50g vegetable oil or margarine green, red and yellow pepper 1 onion 12 cherry tomatoes 100g button mushrooms 1 small tin of sweetcorn 50g grated cheddar cheese 225g creme fraiche pinch of salt, pepper, nutmeg, mustard powder (optional) fresh herbs (chives, parsley, coriander)

Cooking time 25-30 minutes

A Pre-heat oven to 200xC/400xF/ gas mark 6. Put the pasta into a pan and add 25g of oil or margarine. Pour over boiling water and place the pan over a medium heat. Stir well.
